Psalm 139:1-4 “O Lord, you have searched me and you know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely.”

It may feel like God is not even close to you at your time of need, but the truth is that's the time that He wants to be closest to you and help you get through it. He's always there with you, but it's up to you to call out to Him for help so He can help you. I've been faced with problems like this. I've had hard times. It's so hard to recognize it and tell God that you screwed up. But once you do it feels like the best feeling in the world. My song for this topic is “Cry Out to Jesus” by Third Day.
