Psalm 119:36 “I will turn my heart towards your statutes.”

1 Chronicles 28:9 “For the Lord searches every heart...”

The heart is essentially the center of our being, both physically and emotionally. Spiritually the heart should be the first part of our lives that we dedicate to God. It is the part of us that identifies our wants needs and passions for lives, and because of this we need to keep our hearts in the right place; focused on God.
