Proverbs 16:3 "Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed."

1 Kings 8:61 "Your hearts must be fully committed to the Lord our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands as at this time."

Being committed to the Lord is a big part of the Christian faith, but we also need to be committed in other areas of our lives. God wants us to fulfil our commitments and keep our promises.
